Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Ronny C. of Zalma, Missouri was displeased with his wet basement. Though he had a sump pump, it failed to keep the basement dry. System Design Specialsit Sam. W. designed a solution.

Foreman Melvin F. and his team installed a waterproofing system to ensure his basement stays dry all the time. Part of that system included the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with a main pump, backup pump, and battery-powered pump. 

In the photos, you can see Ronny's old system was open and in the middle of the basement. Our solution is equipped with an airtight lid to prevent moisture from escaping. It was also installed in the corner, out of the way.

With this solution, Ronny's basement is dry and will stay dry.

Heather of Brighton, Illinois needed a new sump pump for her basement. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Nolan M. developed a plan for her. 

Foreman Greg H. and his crew installed the TripleSafe sump pump for her. The TripleSafe is our surest way to a dry basement becuase of the three pumps it has. The primary pump is on when needed, the secondary pump kicks on when the primary pump is overwhelmed or goes out. This could be the case in a plumbing break or circut break. The third pump is a battery operated pump that kicks on when the first two are overwhelmed or the power goes out. 

Heather now has a dry basement she can trust. 

Water was leaking down the basement walls in Brighton, IL, causing damage to the floors. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now remain dry and clean for years to come!

Celeste H is worried about water leaking into her basement when it rains. To prevent this from happening, foreman Caleb L and his team installed a CleanSpace Wall to give a clean finished look to the basement walls. This will also stop water vapor from entering and will drain leaks down behind it to the WaterGuard system, which will catch, seal up, and drain away water directly to the TripleSafe sump system, which was also installed to pump out the water. This will stop water from leaking onto the floors. Celeste can now relax knowing her basement will stay clean and dry!
