On this job, our outstanding team installed a WaterGuard™, IceGuard™, and a LawnScape. The WaterGuard™ collects water that seeps through the basement walls and drains it to your sump pump. The IceGuard™ is designed to prevent floods from frozen or clogged discharge lines that lead outside the basement. We also installed a TripleSafe™ Pump system to ensure that our product will work without fail, due to the third battery-powered fail-safe pump inside the TripleSafe™ Pump. 

IceGuard™ is a crucial addition to any sump pump system, including the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump, as it provides an essential safeguard against winter conditions. One of the primary benefits of IceGuard™ is its ability to prevent the sump pump's drain lines from freezing. During cold weather, water in the drain lines can freeze, causing blockages that prevent the sump pump from discharging water away from the home. IceGuard™ features a specially designed outlet that allows water to escape even if the drain lines are frozen, ensuring that the sump pump can continue to operate effectively. This means that even in the harshest winter conditions, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump system remains functional, providing continuous protection against basement flooding. By ensuring that the drain lines remain clear and operational, IceGuard™ enhances the overall reliability and performance of the sump pump system, giving homeowners added peace of mind.

The WaterGuard™ system is designed to capture water seepage from the walls and floor of the basement and direct it to the sump pump. WaterGuard™ is installed just below the floor slab, out of the "mud zone," where it won't clog with dirt and debris. And lastly, our team installed the CleanSpace™ system to keep the space clean and dry for our customers.
