Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

WaterGuard drains are used to collect pesky water leaks and direct them towards the basement sump pump. Previously this home didn't have any means of protection against water leaks, but now Team Woods protected the basement with WaterGuard drains. 

This Collinsville, Illinois home's basement was constantly experiencing water leaks during heavy periods of rain. From here, WaterGuard™ can collect water before it rises to the level of the floor without having to sit down in the mud next to the footing. This is important because that mud can easily clog waterproofing systems and cause them to fail. Since it is above the reach of the mud, WaterGuard™ won't clog. 

Once WaterGuard™ is installed, the trench that is dug for it is refillied and re-covered. Then the floor can be replaced safely over top. The carpet in this room will be protected from flooding and even from leaks through the walls. Now Kathleen S. won't have to worry about moldy carpets caused by water leaking into the basement.
