Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Egress Window and RockWell Elite Installed in Effingham, IL
A homeowner in Effingham, IL wanted to upgrade their basement windows, So Woods replaced them with Egress Windows. These windows are larger, making crawling out of them easily in an emergency. They also allow more natural light in the basement. Additionally, a RockWell Elite Window Well system was installed outside the Egress Window. This well comes with built-in steps to make crawling out of the basement easier and has an airtight lid to prevent water or debris from entering. To control any water that does enter the window well, a Well Duct was installed under the window to drain this water to the perimeter drainage system. This basement has become safer and will stay dry for years to come thanks to this new and improved basement window!
